OK you are grown up guys and can cope with personal abuse, to some extent, I can shrug that sort of abuse off too.

The use of expressions like "tits", "totty" etc however reduce women as a whole to mere sex objects.

Now I actually believe emotionally, intellectually and physically that sexual relationships between consenting adults are a "good thing" but although I enjoy cooking I might well object to being treated ONLY as a cook!

To treat a woman as a sex object is to treat her as less than human, certainly not a "partner" sexually or otherwise.

btw - I would get upset to be called a liar too!
