First of all my wife considers everything that has happened to be mere coincidence. I am not so inclined but when everthing is annonymous I have no proof.

In the two years and change since we moved to this neighborhood we have had:

60 or more phone calls between 1 AM and 2 AM 10 miutes apart.

The IRS has questioned if we filled taxes 3 times going back as far as 1998 (while we have proof we paid we don't have the original filing forms and neither do they.)
Anonymous tips often generate these kind of inquiries and they reward tipsters with money if any penalties are recovered.

The dept of social sevices said there is a claim that our son is abused and want to do interviews. They claim someone reported seeing a bruise. (complaints are confidential and annonymous)

County zoning officials were called to determine if our fence is too high. Police called by neighbor when I took a picture of the fence to present required information to the county for permission to have a fence 6 inches "too high".

Police called when I used authorized water company meters to fill pool (a neighbor actually asked if I was committing a crime while my boys and I were collecteing the hose.)

eggs and rocks thrown at house and front door kicked in twice. One melted coke bottle with pine needles inside that did not ignite next to house. Fuck you sprayed on a sign in the yard.

Youngest son was the only person in the county to be expelled when the doctor's hard drive with vaccine info broke.

My website of 10 years was removed and discontinued without explanation.

One bike was stolen but I saw the child do it and reported it to the police. The boys father was a policeman and was more than pissed that I would report a stolen bike since he considers all bikes in all yards to be communal property here.

I won't include car brake problems since but it was still worrisome.

Perhaps this is par for the course in society today but it seems excessive to the point of possibly being deliberate harrasment.
Maybe by some standards we are doing well but if I wanted to determine annymous complaint sources, what if anything can be done?
