I don't have any helpful hints to offer, just wanted to say "good luck" this time of year. From what I'm hearing this is one of the most popular items for Christmas this year and you and your niece have your work cut out for you in locating one. If it's not a Christmas gift my best suggestion is to wait until after the holiday to buy one. There will be loads on the shelves then, I'm sure.
