As a long term Ralph fan I think its great.

I entertained my WI some years ago and got a pot plant in payment. When I saw Ralph at one of his concerts I offered to get him a small plant in payment of royalties as I had sung 'Barges'!

Ralph has always been a very private person.

Sad you 'never had much time' for him, he is a great blues player and his own songs are very to the point. They have helped me a lot over the years. Especially 'An Irish Blessing'.

He was playing in Ludlow (Shropshire) the other week and I hadnt found out soon enough to go.
