I'd still like to ask that the Auction get the date issue clarified.

"ends at midnight today 11/30" doesn't quite seem accurate-- "ends at midnight tonight 11/30" might, but I still think it actually ended at midnight 12/01 because I think that at midnight the date advances.

It's in the Auction threads themselves that it's hard to be sure what is meant until the actual closing day, when the wording changes to something more accurate. If one is plannig to babysit the computer on the closing date, either to bid or because it's your item being Auctioned, it's hard to be sure just what date that's going to be necessary in order to set aside the time to do it.
