We have been in contact with Snohomish County Center for Battered Women and with the legal aid folks they put us in touch with. They are just as stymied at this point as we are. Our documents are good, Snohomish County Sheriff's Dept. just doesn't seem to want to do anything. I do like the idea of trying the State Police and Mum does need to report the passport stolen. Hmm...
