Ditto, and the best defense against allergies is a strong immune system, particularly a strong adrenal system-- it's the adrenals that pump out the natural cortisol in our bodies that responds to allergens (and inflammations and stress), for which so many people now use the artificial version (cortisone cream or cortisones by mouth or injection). Cortisone (and prednisone, and all the 'sones) helps in the short term, but actually dampens the adrenal response over the longer term.

The thing is, newly-sensitive allergies can be a sign that the adrenals are exhausted, and the more that is demanded of them the more help they need. It's this allergy today-- it may leave you open to others, as well, as it weakens your system-- ain't aging FUN?
