Well, it depends on the circumstances and who I'm dealing with.

But seriously, it IS a question of great importance. Me, I'd like to see the Dept. of Defense go back to its original name: War Department. Then we can have a Peace Department as well -- the State Department doesn't seem to be doing so well in that area.
