Subject: RE: Addicted to You Tube
Couldn't find the Guy Clark song alas. Following the titles listed beckons to so many others, both those listed on you tube and then sparking memories of songs in one's own (fevered lil) mind.

Today I wandered from Missisippi John Hurt (what a good spirited, uplifting and lilting musician he was!) to Pat Sky down the road to Libba Cotten (yes I DO play like her) which led to Jimi Hendrix (listed on the you tube box, must be something about that left handed thing) to Moby Grape (!) and found a little song from long ago by Mason Profitt, "Two Hangmen" , and currently diving and delving into Buffy Sainte Marie and the Pennysingers who seemed to have performed with the most amazing and eclectic selection of folks. Haunting voices, is there any chance they are still around? Next perhaps a dance around the floor with a man who brings his own floor, Chris Smither (tryin' to find When I Was A Caveman...now that's really going back in time )

See ya when I come back up for air, gang.

I dont' know about the youtube thread here...you are welcome to enlighten me tho.

I'll be back shortly.....well...maybe not surely but..I'll be back. I promise. I will. I can do that. Honest I can. Honest I do (hmmmm now I have a craving for Sam Cooke)
