Yesterday, my grandson, Morgan, 4 years old, told me he wanted to go see Santa. Then, before I could reply, he told me "you have to go under the alligators and through a tunnel" before you can get to Santa. That conjured up all kinds of images in my brain...pretty funny ones, too. None of us have any idea where he heard that or if he dreamed it up entirely on his own, which is quite possible.

So, anyway...what "kids say the darndest things" have you heard recently, esp. about the holiday season?
