THis is what they do best -- make the network, run the network, and work out where the network should go next. THey occasionally employ men to assist in the heavier-lifting aspects, but it is their radar that does all the traffic control. They not only keep shopping carts from colliding, they usually keep states-of-mind from colliding!!
