"Sorch - do you have a canoe in your house that you trip over regularly?"

Canoes are obviously related to lobster pots as they cause major damage. Mr was trying to get a canoe down from the side of a garage (or something, I'm still not too straight on that part), fell 8', landed on the edge of an oak pallette and shattered his right elbow. Screws, pins and plates.

That was 30 April, he had the jig saw puzzle surgery on 3 May and he is just now finally released from the surgeons care. Back to work, and as healed up as he'll ever be. Still can't do 100% extension or lift quite all the weight he used to be able to, but more or less a miracle anyway.

Pic here. NOT for the squeamish. This xray doesn't really show the ulna, it was shattered too. A plate on the radius, plate on the ulna, LOTS of screws.

The Motto of the Year was...keep signing, it's only money.

I HOPE that Linns' arm isn't this bad!!! Pins and screws just don't sound too good.
