The story sounds very much like the nonsense peddled for the past 10 years by the ultra-right.
Basic facts - the Belgian population is 10.4 million. 89% of these are ethnic Fleming or Walloon. Net immigration rate is 1.22 migrants/1000 population. By my calculation, this would take a little over 300 years for the migrants to be in a majority. Hardly a threat!
