There's more you need to do than an uninstall from Control Panel (which obviously isn't doing anything in your case since you're hijacked back to their website; there were some reports I'd read where they uninstalled from Control Panel but it came back on reboot). I'll hunt out some manual removal instructions for you. IIRC you will need to delete some running process, delete some registry keys and remove some programs/folders to get rid of it. (This is why I'd have preferred to find a removal tool, but as I say I didn't see any that I'd be prepared to trust without further evidence).
