Apparently the government of China thought they were over populated. That's why they implemented the "one child" policy.

             In India a large number of female fetuses are aborted each year so the parents won't be obligated to raise a girl. If they needed people there, I doubt if that would be happening.

             It's a subjective thing, of course, until you're experiencing standing room only, no water to drink, and foul air to breathe.

               I think the proper spelling for Aztlan is A-Z-T-L-A-N.
