Out of about two dozen Christmas Crackers, so far (and in Oz), almost all had the usual paper hat, no toy, and the same joke;

What do you call a box of ducks?

A crate of quackers!

At the time I wondered, aloud, whether the writers learned them from 4-year-olds or whether the 4-year-olds learned them from Christmas Crackers.
