Hmmmmm. In the recovery room, Nurse Morphine kept wiping her nose on her rubber gloves. She said, a couple of times, "Oh, I've got the sniffles." I just remembered this after waking up an hour ago with sniffles and a much more sore, scratchy throat and persistent cough. I guess she didn't see the BIG displays at every entrance and in every waiting room, complete with free masks, waterless handwashing soap, sanitary handwipe packets, and large writing in both official languages.

I got 5 or 6 hours sleep in total with only one 500mg tylenol. And, my eye is not twitching nor is it weeping near as much as yesterday. So, I am well on my way. Now, if I could only figure out where to scratch my neck so that it would relieve the itch on the back of my ear.
