A coworker here in Texas went to a British import shop to get crackers for each table at our Friends of the Library celebration (we had a bagpiper this year, a fellow from Northern Ireland who played tunes from around the British Isles). He had to tell us how to use the things (pulled between two people, like a wishbone--whoever gets the big side gets the toy)! A goofy joke, a Cracker Jack-like toy and a tissue paper hat.
