Bil D... During my days as a building construction engineer at airports and ferry terminals, I managed many errections of various sizes and durations. Large or small, long or short, each job required going through the same motions. Ensuring the results satisfied all involved was always the objective and, of course, there was always pressure to bring jobs to a finish on time. However, safety on the job was of paramount importance.

I divorced myself from managing errections over ten years ago, but I enjoyed each and every one and I'd like to get back into it some day.
