I was, in fact ,(a few years ago) under the impression that the majority of the Turkish populace were largely egalitarian. moderate, ecumenical, and largely secular!

I seem to be wrong.

I hope you're right! I want to lose! I want you to convince me that 20 million Turks along with Kurds and Sufis will do better than the Albigensians, Manichaeans, and Gnostics of Christianity.
