Whether or not it's them playing it I wouldn't know since:

(a) I rarely see any television
(b) wouldn't watch any which features ads
(c) wouldn't listen to the tune as it's one of the most annoying ever.

What Simon Jeffes should have done is put said instrument straight back into the skip where he found it.
