kat, what color is your counter top? Is it actually white or is it a tan? If it's tan, I think to add some latte/mocha colors (walls) would be lovely. Blues, and tans are very soothing together. Yellows, while they are lovely to look at, often cast a weird light on faces.

I've just redone a room in mocha (latte) and off white, with accents of olive green and blue (much darker blue than yours.) Realized afterwards they're all earthy (in fact, beachy) colors. All I need now is the sun! (can you send me your leftover yellow?)
