As for the tune, it is pleasant enough to listen to, especially in the Patrick Street arrangement under discussion, and good for dancing.

However, I've always found it very dull from a player's point of view, as it doesn't exactly go anywhere. There are, of course, tunes which are great from the player's point of view but dull for the listener!

So I find myself agreeing and disagreeing with Diane at the same time...! Aaargh!!
