Wool shops don't get any better than this one. I'm familiar with their retail outlet, 10 Moulton Street, in the old port of Portland. And I bought one of their capes for JudyB who stands slightly under 5 feet tall. I'll ask her to post more pertinent information here, or it may be more appropriate to compare notes via PM.

One of our Mudcat friends, Jacqui, travels back and forth to the UK on a farely regular basis. She might be willing to assist with delivery.
