I bought el-cheapo crackers this year. The cardboard and the snaps were glued in so well they couldn't be pulled at all and in the end we opened them up, extracted the snaps and just pulled them.
Instead of a plastic toy, they had 4 little stickers, a hat and the joke -
What do you call two robbers?
A pair of knickers!
The box says they were made in Indonesia.
