According to Grant Baynham's web site the title is LOUIE'S GOIN' TO THE CHAIR. It was written by Grant Baynham, and appears on the album "Stuff" where the artists are Marilyn Middleton, Steve Mellor and Grant Baynham.

Baynham's comment is "File under Not As Tasteless As You'd Think (Or Not Quite, Anyway)."
