Calling on the Mudcat Consumer Guides, again.:-)

Time for a new monitor...my first flat panel. We saw some good buys at dell online, which is where we will be buying one, but also read some crappy customer reviews. Rog says they have all kinds at the tv sttaion, so that's not really helpful. I need one which will give me crisp, clear text as well as good colour for photos. I think I want to go with a 22 inch. So, do any of you have Dell, Samsung, or any of the other kinds they offer at dell? what do you like/not like about them or any other flat panels LCDs?
