Yeah, prolly overdid a little yesterday -- Tom's my chauffeur for the time being. But really good to put in an appearance & sing a couple songs at The Press Room.

But I can move my arm a lot more than I could before the staples were out -- and, GUESS WHAT! I'm typing with two hands!!! Probably won't be able to do much of that right this minute, but I think it'll count as therapy and should get better by the day. Had "Power Putty" even before the doc suggested it and had already started using it. Basically he showed me what to do and said go for "discomfort" and stop there -- don't exercise to the point of pain.

I forgot to ask him about driving, but it will probably be a couple weeks at least -- and I'm not taking much in the line of drugs at this point. (But better to have them and not need them, than need them and not have them.

Okay, I think I've done THAT long enough! (So far, so good.)

Discovered, though, that I still have to sleep on my back sitting somewhat upright & with my arm propped on pillows. That'll b another milestone -- being able to sleep on my right side (not on left arm, obviously). Actually got dressed (no bra) without help from Tom.

Left arm now officially at point of "discomfort" -- so that's all for now.
