The right click tip by SRS is NOT a standard Windows thing. It works only if your monitor driver (or your graphics card) puts the command on the menu that comes up when you right click there - or if you've added it there for yourself. Apparently quite a few drivers do add it, but it's not universal.

The "standard" way to get there is Start|Settings|Control Panel, double-click Display, click the Appearance Tab, click the Effects button, and find "Cleartype" in the box for "smooth edges using" with a check in the little box to use the choice you put there.
