A terrible tragedy!

Apparently the children were visiting their grandparents who owned the dog and had been left with a 16 year old girl looking after the 1 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.
It was the little girl who carried the baby out into the yard to 'pet' the dog while the 16 year old was out of the room.
