I think the trouble, a lot of us are well struck in years. As it is, one is aware of repeating oneself ad nauseam to the youngsters. One's nose picks out the aroma of puke, and one thinks - I've been at it again, I repeated myself ad nauseam, and silly me! I didn't notice. Result: widespread nausea.

We're just trying keep a lid on it. The repeating of oneself, not the sick itself.
