There is a guy up the street and walks 2 80 lb dogs. He often engages people on the sidewalk while the dogs ensnare the passerby in the leashes. Its funny the first time.

I asked another guy if he needed some plastic bags for his dog's waste. No reponse...except for 6 months afterwards little bags of dog poop were tossed on our driveway and yard. I guess that showed me not to remind this fellow of anything.
