I will not interfere in the internal matters of other countries. Shane is a Canadian Problem, perhaps THE Canadian Problem. Canada must deal with him. If that involves tiger pits, ditches full of Black Mambas, flaming gazebos, electrified razor wire, and all that stuff it's still Canada's problem although we might make some sort of Lend-Lease agreement if Canada is short of guard towers or something.
