Subject: RE: BS: Bat Goddess's Broken Arm
I need some advice about sleeping with this wounded wing.

I've been sleeping on my back, almost sitting in bed, propped up on pillows & wiyh the arm resting on 2 pillows with a fluffy one on top of it in case cats decide to do the Cat Town Races in the wee hours. Last night I was able to eliminate the bolster but I'm still primarily on my back -- and I always used to say I couldn't sleepon my back.

Well. The body must be at the point of healery where the body is attempting to protest sleeping on the back. I CAN (for a little while at least) sleep sort of on my right side with my left arm cushioned (& stabilized) by a pillow on my top side.

Things went badly last night (waking up hourly & causing Tom some impatience) until I took another pain pill to overlap the first. It's okay to take 2 every 4 hours & that's how I intend to start off tonight rather than with just one.

Anybody else gone through this & have any suggestions?

Linn
