Didn't go to the Press Room session tonight....

Just as well. Me, I'm skipping a wedding tomrorrow. I almost never skip a wedding or a funeral in our parish, because it's these life events where it actually matters to people whether I'm there or not. I just can't sit with my knee cranked in a bad position for the several hours of wedding and post-wedding stuff to then, also, sit for an hour to play music. Pain can really narrow down the priorities until it gets handled one way or another: music commitment first.

I'm still learning which things will aggravate it and which may hurt but actually help it..... for today it seems the best use I could put it to, was to improve the floorspace around the house so I can at least walk around in it without impeding my own progress to the recliner or the kitchen /laundry chores.

So enjoy your stay-home evening as an investment in your higher priorities-- that's what I'm doing.
