There is a lot of joy in Montreal. You just have to know where to look!   start with the fireworks competitions, mix in at the Jazz Festival, and don't forget the Just for Laughs festival....so what if a lot of anglophones have left? Maybe a lot of them were a dour lot anyway... Still there are probably a lot of ex-pats who miss the bagels, the Canadiens, the metro, etc, etc, etc..... It sure beats Toronto.
