I was trying to figure out what the children's song "Shake Those 'Simmons Down" was about, and reading the lyrics to this song, i think I've got it! It's talking about persimmons in a persimmon tree!!! Thanks much all..... My son loves the song (we learned it in Music Together), and now it makes sense.
