I am at a total loss to understand why I am able to view certain Youtube videos with no problem, and other videos just freeze up on me.

For example, I have no problem playing Johnny Winter playing "Highway 61 Revisited"

but I simply cannot get Johnny Winter playing "Mississippi Blues" to play, it goes in fits and starts, and takes about half an hour to load the first 2/2 minutes.

The thing is, I have played the latter video on a friend's computer and it plays fine, no problem, so why does it not play on mine?

I am on AOL, Windows XP, her ISP is Wannadoo, if that is of any significance ...

It doesn't matter whether I use the AOL browser, IE7, or Mozilla Firefox, it still hangs up.

I am able to play many other videos with no problem, but there are many which hang up.

Any advice which leads to the solution of the problem will earn my undying devotion and gratitude, plus a free DVD set of the latest Phil Cunningham "Music of Scotland" series
