But I'd like to see a change to campaigning laws:

NO campaigning or soliciting for campaign money before September 1. On that day the parties have their conventions and choose their candidates, followed by a nation-wide Primary on September 8. All campaigning ends on Hallowe'en, and all signs, etc. have to be removed on that day. On the second Tuesday in November everybody votes.
