Don't know Vista, but a quick fix - depending on your browser, is to go into the 'Tools' or whatever it is called and look for something that allows you to change browser font size. Firefox has an entry under the View menu that allows you to change the font size for each individual page you are viewing.

Under the Control Panel setting (earlier version of Windoze) there is an entry for changing the default fonts sizes - don't know how you find it on your confuser, though, sorry.

You could try the Windoze help files - in earlier incarnations it WAS useful...
