It's a been a while since I've been to Middlewich but the Saturday night sessions in the Boar's Head were always good (especially the jugs of Stockport's finest that were passed around!). There was always a good session a the Boar's Head during the boat festival and we used to base ourselves there for the whole weekend!

I must make the effort to get over to Middlewich soon but I'm not sure about a session on a Sunday night - if there's free beer though I might persuade Mrs Lester to drive! Are Head of Steam still doing their thing and do they go to the Sunday session?
