I've driven in Pennsylvania at night....yup...too dang many deer out there! Something has to be done. I would say to increase the hunting of deer in those areas where they have overpopulated and also encourage more wolves and coyotes to keep them down to a certain level.   ;-)

There are some deer around here too, in central Ontario, but their numbers seem to be much more moderate for some reason.
