You could of course do something bizarre and use a recording studio that would have the probable benefit of an engineer that knows what he is doing.

Seriously though - recording acoustic instruments well is an art and science that takes a long time to develop.

Just cos you gotta puter and some software doesn't mean you can produce something that people should pay money for.
