Patrish, I checked an atlas and it looks like you're a long way from Reading, but anyway, there's lots of good advice right here. The Seagull is, as we've said, a great value, and sounds as good as many guitars many times the cost. I've personally played several and not found a dog among them. I'd be interested in knowing how you make out.
