Perhaps it seemed so to you, but from others' perspective, it had some non-reasonable aspects that seemed unlikely to become reasonable. I dunno why it was closed, though. Sometimes people violate site policy in ways we may not immediately grasp, so if it's important to you, ask Joe via PM and then pay attention to what he says and try to learn from it.
