Does not look like it Betsy. Just find a pub you like the look of and start singing or playing. Sort of thing I do if I am in a strange place. Ask the land lord first and say "Can I sing or play softly in the corner?" If you don't get booed or chucked out after five minutes get a bit louder. You never know other people may join you.
