Well, the fine print kat provided doesn't really agree with the first post--you don't surrender copyright, and no one can ever take your copyright away retroactively on something you legitimately claim--not without legal proceedings anyway--but what gives me pause is the phrase "modify and adapt". Seems to me that is the exclusive right of the copyright holder, and a publishing service can accept it or reject it but they're giving themselves licence to modify or "adapt" your work without claiming that they own it or are in any way liable for it--I don't think this will fly if challenged, it's vague and contradictory.W-O
