I'm just about 1 metre above spring high tide level, a road's width (plus pavements and a 2 metre front yard) from Whitby harbour, downstairs flat as well.

If you hear of heavy rain in N Yorkshire, spring tides, and a northerly gale don't bother calling, I am probably busy.
