The song is called "Tiny Island," and I'm pretty sure it's on his album "Greenhouse" (if not that it's on "Mudlark" -- they're both from the early/mid 1970's, when he was on Capitol records). As I recall the liner notes from the album pointed out that he made a mistake on the recording; instead of singing the last half of the third verse as written, he repeated the last half of the first verse again.
