Yeah, gnu, that's right and I've been waking up to this one for a few days too many! Who wants to do dishes when there's other stuff to do that's a whole lot more fun?!

On the other hand, if I look in the opposite direction, to the south end of the room, this morning I saw not the usual one, but TWO fully-opened hibiscus blossoms on my old hibiscus tree! So beautiful and such a lovely shade of red: Take a Look!. It's always had to be grown inside and is about 41 years old. My brother started out with it, then passed it on to me when he moved. It has travelled from Colorado to Wyoming to Massachusetts, to Connecticut and back to Wyoming, then Colorado! When it went from WY to MA, it lived inside a refrigerator, in storage, for over thirty days until our house was ready. It was yellowish and spindly but it survived!
